Friends, in 2009 my chosen blog designer provided a game plan and a decent upfront fee. After expending AUD$, years go by so quickly, and a new blog designer disagrees thus I spent more AUD $ upfront in 2017.
Time rolls on and the blogs are judged wrong by the powerhouse. So be it, the story of my life! Simon says you must not piggyback an internet video.
As a result, today 18 October 2022 I declare the video is deleted or perhaps the video was deleted previously from this blog post. The information however is current and there are so many comments so I will not delete the post.

Many Forms
There are many forms of Alternative / Green or Sustainable or Environmental or Eco-Friendly architecture. Forms include Earthships, Earth-Shelter, Passive/Active Solar, Recycled-Reused, Bio-Degradable Temp, or Perma-Sustainable etc… [image via google]
Earthships type homes can be built in any part of the world, in any climate (normally with approval by a local authority) providing electricity, potable water, contained sewage treatment and sustainable food production.
Earth-shelter homes are ones built partially or completely underground.
Passive solar energy does not require mechanical equipment and electronic devices to gather and distribute solar energy and does not need power coming from an external, conventional source. Whereas active solar systems rely on pumps, sophisticated electronic devices, and motors to effectively collect and systematically provide solar energy.
Degradable is anything that can be broken down either biologically or chemically. Biodegradable is a product that can be broken down by bacteria and organisms. Plastics, metallic cans and pesticides which cannot be broken down easily by biological processes are named non-biodegradable substances. Eventually, everything will break down especially in a lava flow.
The ethics of permaculture are based upon three ideas: care for the earth, care for people and reinvestment of surplus. There we have it – permanent sustainability.
