Friends, in 2009 my chosen blog designer provided a game plan and a decent upfront fee. After expending AUD$, years go by so quickly, and a new blog designer disagrees thus I spent more AUD $ upfront in 2017.

A lot of people want to know why it can be expensive to remodel a bathroom, this video will show you some of what contributes to the cost. It’s a can of worms. We also moved the location of the shower, the vanity, and the toilet and added another sink. Part of what helped to alleviate a bit of the cost in this instance is the fact that there is a second bathroom adjacent to the one that we are remodelling so we were able to use some of the water lines and drain access from that bathroom to our advantage. As you can see in the video, we are essentially doing another plumbing rough-in of the area. What makes it more expensive the second time is that in order to do the work, we have to break through concrete. Additionally, we are having to contend with the existing plumbing and if it will not work for the current needs, the existing plumbing must be correctly terminated and abandoned. Along with reworking the plumbing, the bathroom has also been completely rewired.
