Bathroom Renovation Ideas
Expensive
Friends, in 2009 my chosen blog designer provided a game plan and a decent upfront fee. After expending AUD$, years go by so quickly, and a new blog designer disagrees thus I spent more AUD $ upfront in 2017.
Time rolls on and the blogs are judged wrong by the powerhouse. So be it, the story of my life! Simon says you must not piggyback an internet video.
As a result, today 19 October 2022 I declare the video is deleted or perhaps the video was deleted previously from this blog post. The information, however, is current and there are so many comments so I will not delete the post.
Regardless of the subject of the blog is liked. Type a relevant Boolean term into ‘YouTube’ or your selected search engine to find the relevant information. Blog on and stay safe.
A lot of people want to know why it can be expensive to remodel a bathroom, this video will show you some of what contributes to the cost. It’s a can of worms. We will be replacing the floor tile with Saltillo tile, to match the tile in the rest of the home, placing a 3cm granite top on the new double vanity and will be using a nice porcelain tile with decorative accent pieces in the shower as well as for the backsplash on the vanity and surround to frame the mirror.
Very Nice Bathroom
This will be a very nice bathroom when it is all put back together. Thanks for watching! In this example, we expanded the master bathroom into the master closet. We also moved the location of the shower, the vanity, and the toilet and added another sink. Part of what helped to alleviate a bit of the cost in this instance is the fact that there is a second bathroom adjacent to the one that we are remodelling so we were able to use some of the water lines and drain access from that bathroom to our advantage. As you can see in the video, we are essentially doing another plumbing rough-in of the area. What makes it more expensive the second time is that in order to do the work, we have to break through concrete. Additionally, we are having to contend with the existing plumbing and if it will not work for the current needs, the existing plumbing must be correctly terminated and abandoned. Along with reworking the plumbing, the bathroom has also been completely rewired.
