Increase The Value of Your Home
Friends, in 2009 my chosen blog designer provided a game plan and a decent upfront fee. After expending AUD$, years go by so quickly, and a new blog designer disagrees thus I spent more AUD $ upfront in 2017.
Time rolls on and the blogs are judged wrong by the powerhouse. So be it, the story of my life! Simon says you must not piggyback an internet video.
As a result, today 27 October 2022 I declare the video is deleted or perhaps the video was deleted previously from this blog post. The information, however, is current and there are so many comments so I will not delete the post.
Regardless of the subject of the blog is liked. Type a relevant Boolean term into ‘YouTube’ or your selected search engine to find the relevant information. Blog on and stay safe.
If your kitchen is in need of a change, consider a kitchen remodel. Remodelling your kitchen can increase the value of your home. In the first video of this series, Lowe’s put together some basics of kitchen remodelling to help you plan the scope of your project.
What do You want?
First, you must decide what you want out of your kitchen. The way you live, the way you cook and the way you entertain all go into making a kitchen that works for you. A good way to envision your kitchen is to look at other kitchens. Look at what your friends have. Look at magazines and the internet. Go to a home show and visit the Lowe’s Kitchen Center. Another great resource is www.LowesCreativeIdeas.com Save pictures so you can remember what inspires you. While at Lowe’s check out the kitchen brochures. They have tons of information on kitchen planning and remodelling to help you answer some basic remodelling questions, like what kitchen layout will work best, what appliances and features you need, what style and colour you want, and what’s your budget. Budget?
Many of your choices will be impacted by how much you want to spend. There are ways to tackle a kitchen remodel for any budget. Lowe’s also has financing options that can help. If your budget is pretty modest, or if your kitchen just needs a refresh, you should start simple with cosmetic changes.
