Friends, in 2009 my chosen blog designer provided a game plan and a decent upfront fee. After expending AUD$, years go by so quickly, and a new blog designer disagrees thus I spent more AUD $ upfront in 2017.

The signature method:
.gives the timber floor a concave texture,
.produces good texture for heavy traffic areas,
.any dents are filled with black filler,
.is more costly than a sanded floor but will never require future resanding.
