Friends, in 2009 my chosen blog designer provided a game plan and a decent upfront fee. After expending AUD$, years go by so quickly, and a new blog designer disagrees thus I spent more AUD $ upfront in 2017.

Friends Steve and JD did a great-looking renovation. What made it something special was the fact that it was done using green home products and environmentally friendly processes.
Reuse Recycle. Reusing what they could, and recycling what they didn’t need, they used FSC Certified wood#, reclaimed circa 400-year-old flooring, reused bricks into the solarium floor, soy-based wall insulation, solar water heating and electricity, recycled rubber vehicle tire roofing, edible landscape and list goes on and on.
