Friends, in 2009 my chosen blog designer provided a game plan and a decent upfront fee. After expending AUD$, years go by so quickly, and a new blog designer disagrees thus I spent more AUD $ upfront in 2017.

Insulation Properties

The houses have good insulation properties and can reduce energy bills by 90%. The houses are 7 meters in diameter, fireproof, earthquake and typhoon-resistant, and using the modular building system can be constructed in less than a day. [images via google]

Government Approval

They recently received approval from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transportation to build these houses in Japan.
