Friends, in 2009 my chosen blog designer provided a game plan and a decent upfront fee. After expending AUD$, years go by so quickly, and a new blog designer disagrees thus I spent more AUD $ upfront in 2017.

Training tomorrow’s builders today: The Green Dream Home, one of the winning projects in CMHC’s EQuilibrium™ Sustainable Housing Demonstration Initiative, was built by students at Thompson Rivers University in 2010.

Green Features

Green Features – passive design, orientation, geo-exchange heating and cooling. Passive design is the process of designing a building envelope that does not require mechanical heating or cooling. Orientation refers to positioning a new home in relation to the specific direction of the sun in your hemisphere. Geo-exchange is also called geothermal and is a heat pump system for homes.
