Albeit there are many guides as to how a contract may be written up, there is no law as to what the contract should look like and many different organisations produce contracts so they will all look a bit different.
You can google for the building contract template or building contracts online. Government organisations provide usable building contracts.
It is important that you take the time to make sure that no matter how the contract is laid out, it still contains everything that may be required by the law of your land.
