D & C is Design and Construct.
A D & C contract covers both the design and construction of a residential property.
In a typical D & C contract, the homeowner supplies a basic brief to the contracting builder,
who then provides the documentation, designs, approvals, and builds the project.
A D & C contract can be either fixed-price or cost-plus.

Engagement for the certification work is on a contract basis.

However, this service can only be conducted if the insurer is on-side, and currently, they are not and as a result, we do not conduct it.
