Victorian Period 1845 to 1900 [ as per photo just below]- Mid 19th C Vernacular, Gothic or Gothic Revival 1850 to 1880, Italian Villa 1845 to 1865, Italianate 1865 to 1890, Homestead, Boom Style 1870 to 1890, Terrace House, Queen Anne Revival,
Homestead 1890 to 1910,
Edwardian Period 1901 to 1916 [as per photo just below] – Federation, Arts and Crafts or English Vernacular 1890 to 1920,
Between the Wars – Georgian and Colonial Revival,
Californian Bungalow 1916 to 1930 [as per photo just below],
Hollywood Spanish 1920’s,
Old English, P & O, – 1930’s to 1940’s,
Abstract 1940’s and 1950’s, Bush School 1960’s,
Modern 1950s to 1980s,
Post-Modern 1980’s, new Wave 1990’s.
Some custom building will be required when restoring, renovating or extending in a particular area of your house perhaps with modern necessities or even building Green!
Como Building P/L, Michael Como provides in SYDNEY, an NSW Building Regulations Consultancy service that comprises, Interpretation of NSW legislation relevant to the construction of Class 1 and 10; Issuing: Complying Development Certificates (CDC), Construction Certificates (CC) [after a local council has approved a development], Occupation certificates (OC), Compliance Certificates, NCC Building Code Australia Reports. Engagement for the certification work is on a contract basis.
Also, a pre-purchase property inspection or building inspection by Michael Como may empower you with knowledge about the condition of a property currently or before you buy it and help you avoid future problems and unexpected costs. However, this service can only be conducted if the insurer is on-side, and currently, they are not and as a result, we do not conduct it.

What you composed was very reasonable. However,
think on this, what if you were to write a killer title?
I ain’t saying your content is not good, but suppose
you added a post title that makes people desire more? I mean HeritageStyleRestoration, inspection | Custom Home Builders is a little plain.
You should look at Yahoo’s front page and see how they write post
headlines to grab people to open the links. You might try adding a video or a picture
or two to get people excited about everything’ve got to say.
Just my opinion, it might bring your website a little bit more interesting.
