In the 1970s the originality of the front of this house in  Sydney’s east was butchered by the owners of the time. In my area, it is affectionately called fed-med i.e. federation- mediterraen. They felt they needed to  “fix their house up” with a  brand new aluminium window. Here is a photo:

 

In the 1990s your friendly Custom Home Builder, Michael Como was  commissioned by a new owner to  restore  the  above in a manner sympathetic with other  houses  in  the  street and  below the finished product with WRC window and faux shingles is  evidenced:

Engagement for the certification work is on a contract basis.

Also, a pre-purchase property inspection or building inspection by Michael Como may empower you with knowledge about the condition of a property currently or before you buy it and help you avoid future problems and unexpected costs. However, this service can only be conducted if the insurer is on-side, and currently, they are not and as a result, we do not conduct it.
