The Heritage Style Restoration 34 blog was the first in this series with …35 being the second in the series. The local council approved building work namely ground and first-floor alterations and additions to the existing heritage-listed dwelling house. The first-floor alterations and additions that are more towards the rear of the existing house have well and truly taken shape.  I was engaged and contracted to issue a Construction Certificate authorising the commencement of the so-described new building work. The new building work has to match the council approval and comply with NCC BCA Vol 2 2019. [Photo by author]

However, this service can only be conducted if the insurer is on-side, and currently, they are not and as a result, we do not conduct it.
