The Heritage Style Restoration 34 blog was the first in this series with …35 being the second in the series. The local council approved building work namely ground and first-floor alterations and additions to the existing heritage-listed dwelling house. The first-floor alterations and additions that are more towards the rear of the existing house have well and truly taken shape.  I was engaged and contracted to issue a Construction Certificate authorising the commencement of the so-described new building work.
