Heritage Style Restoration in Strathfield 7
It was 2010 when I was carrying out maintenance work at the Strathfield property when I realised the treated pine timber picket fence I erected in 2008 was rotting! So it was rotting within 2 years. The rot was despite the use of anti-rot treatments purchased at the hardware store.
I had no choice other than to take court action against the manufacturer through my favourite timber supplier.
After expending a total of 26 hours, the manufacturer supplied/replaced particular elements of the 70-metre long treated pine timber picket fence. The rot-affected elements replaced were the top of one post and all the upper vertical pickets.
