Heritage Style Restoration 23
Heritage Style Restoration in Rosehill 1
In early 2012, a potential client googled my services for working on a Victorian house in Rosehill.
The Victorian house was previously the subject feature in the now-old Dulux paint heritage colours brochure.
The quote was for:
At the right front of the house attach 1 # existing lace bracket with screws;
At granny flat –remove gutter and downpipe, supply and install zincalume [an Aussie material] gutter, downpipe together with accessories into existing stormwater; remove rubbish to tip;
At carport repair broke stormwater pipe – remove a small section of concrete, install stormwater pipe and necessary bends;
Along with left elevation, repair ends of damaged/rotted eaves and fascia with supply and install LOSP treated pine shaped to match in with existing;
Along the left elevation remove 2# barge boards, supply and install LOSP treated pine shaped to match existing;
Along the left elevation at the rear corner- supply and install colorbond [an Aussie material] downpipe feeding into PVC stormwater pipe together with necessary bends, discharging into the top of existing floor grate;
At the rear right corner onto the bullnose roof install a rainwater PVC spreader together with the necessary bends;
Supply and install 2# LOSP treated pine 1500mm high by 65mm by 65mm finials;
Along the left elevation repair the broken render to the left side of the window sill with a cement render finish;
Remove the existing double-hung window in the attic, match the existing – supply and install 1# new double-hung window comprising of 3mm glass, Western red cedar, Aussie hardwood sill, Recycle internal quads, new external architraves out of LOSP treated pine.
Hey, I did the work.

Hiya, I’m really glad I’ve found this information. Nowadays bloggers publish just about gossips and net and this is actually irritating. A good website with exciting content, this is what I need. Thanks for keeping this web-site, I’ll be visiting it. Do you do newsletters? Cant find it.
