Back to Coogee in 2014 [the first blog in Coogee was Heritage Style Restoration 7], the sandstone façade being [close to the Pacific Ocean corrosive elements] was in a sad, sorry state as per the photo:

Also, the deck was cracked, had seen better days and was leaking into the garages below. My business was engaged to restore the sandstone wall façade and seal the deck. We engaged a specialist stonemason and did they do some great work or not. Wow. Also, we engaged a specialist paint stripping company to remove all the paint on that leaking circa 100-year-old concrete deck. I personally, sealed the cracks and supplied and applied waterproofing paints topped off with the colour of the client’s choice.
