Friends, in 2009 my chosen blog designer provided a game plan and a decent upfront fee. After expending AUD$, years go by so quickly, and a new blog designer disagrees thus I spent more AUD $ upfront in 2017.

The pods have varying heights of  8, 10 &12′  or  2.4, 3 &3.6 m.

The insulation is spray foam.

The factory setting in which the pods are made lends itself to no waste and a controlled climate during construction. Basic pod kits can be customised to suit your needs – with kitchenettes or full kitchens, powder rooms or full bathrooms, air conditioning, and more. You can even have pods joined together to make a larger space – maybe a whole house for an unbelievably low price compared to conventional construction.
