Modular Pod Home

Friends, in 2009 my chosen blog designer provided a game plan and a decent upfront fee. After expending AUD$, years go by so quickly, and a new blog designer disagrees thus I spent more AUD $ upfront in 2017.

Time rolls on and the blogs are judged wrong by the powerhouse. So be it, the story of my life! Simon says you must not piggyback an internet video.

As a result, today 23 October 2022 I declare the video is deleted or perhaps the video was deleted previously from this blog post. The information, however, is current and there are so many comments so I will not delete the post.

The insulation is spray foam.

The factory setting in which the pods are made lends itself to no waste and a controlled climate during construction. Basic pod kits can be customised to suit your needs – with kitchenettes or full kitchens, powder rooms or full bathrooms, air conditioning, and more. You can even have pods joined together to make a larger space – maybe a whole house for an unbelievably low price compared to conventional construction.

Before committing to construction check your proposal complies with the Local Government Authority and the standards in the Building code.
