Noise Attenuation of dwellings 2

When noise attenuating doors in dwellings and similar buildings you might encounter gorgeous leadlight panels in the door and adjacent side lights. As well as installing aluminium beads that have inbuilt seals and door bottom seals shown in Noise Attenuation of dwellings 1, a certain degree of noise attenuation can be achieved by installing additional window sashes with laminated glass that should be fixed onto the internal face of the leadlight panel framework onto the inside face of the door and side/headlights as per the photo below. I have done it!
