When noise attenuating windows in dwellings and similar buildings the bigger the void between panels of glass the better the reverberation and noise attenuation within that space and less noise is transmitted through the inner glass and into the room. Step one change the existing old float or modern thin glass in the existing external window sashes to laminated glass. Additional window sashes with laminated glass should be fixed to the inside as per the photo below with stop beading. Gaps in relation to opening windows need self-adhesive bead treatment. All gaps should be sealed with a stick-on vinyl bead. I’ve done it and it works!

I believe that avoiding ready-made foods is a first step so that you can lose weight. They could taste fine, but prepared foods have got very little vitamins and minerals, making you consume more just to have enough energy to get over the day. Should you be constantly feeding on these foods, moving over to cereals and other complex carbohydrates will help you have more vigor while ingesting less. Good blog post.
