Quote a Custom Build House

Yesterday a gentleman mobile voice called yours truly asking for a quote to build a custom house in Luddenham NSW. Luddenham is a suburb in the greater west of our great city Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia 42 kilometres west of the Sydney central business district [ pretty much the same distance from where I live], in the local government areas of the City of Penrith, lying amidst a golf country club, with a lot of fancy new homes.
In any case, in my construction career, I have licenced builder built extensions for clients in the Inner West of Sydney only, basically around where I live. As of many years, generally, I don’t quote for work, I suspect the cost would be one million dollars but I declined to quote for the custom build. Sorry.
My current focus, of course, is the authorisation of building work. If a person in Sydney NSW has Council approved DA, I am licenced to issue a Construction Certificate (CC). If a person would like to apply for Complying Development Certificate to build a new house, providing it complies with the legislation, I am licenced to issue a Complying Development Certificate (CDC).
