Loose pin hinges literally have a pin holding the two leaves together and it can be removed by tapping upwards with a thinner bar.
Should the latter prove to be hard, the only alternative is to unscrew the hinges off the door or the jamb. I have removed many a door.
Doors that have fixed pin hinges require unscrewing the hinges off the door or the jamb.
