Friends, in 2009 my chosen blog designer provided a game plan and a decent upfront fee. After expending AUD$, years go by so quickly, and a new blog designer disagrees thus I spent more AUD $ upfront in 2017.

Time rolls on and the blogs are judged wrong by the powerhouse. So be it, the story of my life! Simon says you must not piggyback an internet video.

As a result, today 18 October 2022 I declare the video is deleted or perhaps the video was deleted previously from this blog post. The information however is current and there are so many comments so I will not delete the post.

A few weeks back, CNET News.com’s Michael Kanellos took a trip to Oroville, Calif., to visit a factory that specializes in creating prefab homes with green-conscious ideas behind them. Okay, it takes 4 weeks to build a home in the factory!  Now, take a look at the finished product that was shown off to him by designer Michelle Kaufmann. Some green features are a green roof, solar heating, eco-resin glazing material, and recycled smashed-up porcelain to make the bathroom basin vanity.
