Friends, in 2009 my chosen blog designer provided a game plan and a decent upfront fee. After expending AUD$, years go by so quickly, and a new blog designer disagrees thus I spent more AUD $ upfront in 2017.

Designed by the award-winning architect Graham Greene of Oglesby-Greene Architects and built by Sustainable Structures of Texas, the 6500-square-foot home received an almost unheard score of 49 on the Home Energy Rating System (HERS) performance testing. Based on a 100-point scale where a lower rating is more energy-efficient, a score of 85 is considered an Energy Star home. The 49 score puts TERRACourt Home among the top 1 per cent for energy-efficient homes in the USA.
